Booking and Payments
All appointments must be scheduled through my booking site with a valid debit or credit card on file.
All First Time Client must pay a deposit of up to 50% on the booking site
Other than the First Time Client deposit, or a last minute cancelation fee, there will be no charges to your card until authorized at the time of your appointment
Other forms of payments accepted:
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash App
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations are no problem! Any cancelations or rescheduling MUST be made at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellations fees
Any cancellations, no shows, or rescheduled appointments made less than 24hrs prior to your appointment time will be charged 100% of the total cost of your appointment.
Any future appointments may not be scheduled until the fee is paid.
2 or more cancellations on the same appointment, whether made 24hrs prior or not, will result in a non refundable deposit for your future appointment.
If you are running more than 10 minuets late we will no longer be able to take you, you will have to reschedule and there will be a last minuet cancellation fee.
Kids & Extra Guests
When bringing any extra guests please be mindful that we have very limited seating in the waiting area and we need to make sure that there is enough for all clients with scheduled appointments. It is preferred that you come to your appointment alone but if you must bring someone with you please limit it to no more than 1 additional guest.
Moving forward we will no longer be allowing guests to bring their children with them, unless they are receiving a service. This is a shared space and we need to be mindful of our other guests. Not only do we need to assure that there is enough seating for our paying guests but we also need to assure that the space is clean and that noise is kept to a minimum to provide the best experience possible.
